Lithium Batteries Parts Stamping Production
Metal stamping is popular with OEMs because it’s a fast and cost-effective production method for metal parts and components used in OEM machines and other finished goods. Metal stamping also produces highly repeatable parts with minimal waste, which means OEMs benefit from a lower cost per part on high-volume runs.
- Information
Automotive stamping parts manufacturing technology is mainly embodied in the mold development technology, stamping technology, welding technology and other aspects. Stamping is a kind of processing method to make the metal sheet under pressure in the die and be cut off or shaped, and the mold is the core equipment of the production process of stamping products, 90% of the parts on the car need to rely on the mold forming, and the manufacture of an ordinary car generally need about 1500 molds. Welding is to give a good stamping body plate local heating or simultaneous heating and pressure and join together to form a body assembly.
